And there’s something truly thrilling about developing and deepening an obsession. Those feelings of excitement as they swirl with those feelings of losing control. Sometimes we’re blissfully unaware of the habits - the choices, the thoughts & feelings - have developed to support these inner drives. And just how controlled we are by these urges.

As you’re altered from the inside an obsession with working out. An obsession with building your body. An obsession with exercise. 

My words guide you to experience the helplessness of such powerful changes. Happening inside with increasingly unstoppable inertia. 

And realize how emphatically enthusiastic you feel about it. 

Find confidence. Find drive. Find incredible arousal as each habit - each choice, thought & feeling - leading you to Crave more. Need more.
